Mail-in Voter Registration
Don't have a Driver's License or ID Card? Need to register by mail?
NATIONAL REGISTRATION: To find your specific state requirements and fill out the Nation Voter Registration Form, click the "National Voter Registration Instructions" button. After completing the form, mail the form to your local county recorder's mailing address.
ARIZONA REGISTRATION: To register to vote in Arizona, click the "Arizona Voter Registration Form" button. After completing the form, mail the form to your local county recorder's mailing address.
